The heart of our business is our model making department. This is where the magic happens, and over the past 20 years we have produced everything and anything you might think of. We are now established as one of the UK’s most experienced and versatile model making specialists, so you can rest assured that your project is in safe hands.

Maxibon Ice Creams
This brief called for various models and props based around Maxibon ice cream sandwiches. This included life-size replica ice creams, oversized sparring pads produced in soft foam, and a resin cast gold award.
Mechanical Tipping Frame
We were commissioned to build a working scale model of an industrial tipping frame. Constructed from aluminium, we installed a control system connected to a pneumatic actuator which routinely operates the bucket mechanism.
Replica Resin Eggs
We produced a large number of replica eggs, which used both solid and hollow roto cast resin castings. The finished castings then had an intricate paint finish applied to give a highly realistic end result.
Giant Plug
Scaled-up version of a 3 pin plug produced in resin and ABS plastic.
Miniatures
Detailed scale miniatures of furniture, modelled in various materials for retail display in Harrods.
Oversized Crash Helmet
We machined the master shape of this crash helmet to 3 times the original scale. After taking moulds, we then produced the final model in a polyurethane resin, which was then post-finished with a high end paint finish.
Rocket Model
2.5 metre tall 3D physical fibreglass model based on the design of our client’s retro-style rocket logo, including rigging fixings to suspend.
Truck Display Models
Highly accurate detailed display models of trucks and dockside equipment, built by hand from photographs supplied by our client.
Scale Working Adscreen Models
We were commissioned to produce a number of accurate 1:10 scale models of these on-street ad screens with removable touch screen units.
Aircraft Tug
Scale model of a concept for an aircraft tug machined from various materials. Design by Peter Brant.
Robots
200 scale model robots with poseable arms and legs, produced as resin castings with spray finish.
Waste Plant Model
We visited this facility and photo-logged every detail to give us the reference material for this build. Produced as a general layout model as well as a marketing tool, our biggest challenge here was extracting the requisite amount of data and spatial understanding of the site from our photographs and sketches back at our workshops.

9ft tall Transformer costumes for the Transformers Tour.
Telephone Box
Miniature telephone box interactive booth complete with lighting and working adscreen.
Mickey Car
Mickeys Racer full size dragster complete with bespoke rubber tyres produced in house.
Log Cruncher
This working prototype was machined from solid nylon due to the need for a high degree of strength to cope with the stresses of testing.
Sagatiba Launch Serving Packs
High-end formed trays and components for an event promoting a drinks manufacturer. These product models incorporate LED lighting.
Retro Styled TV
We were asked to produce this retro styled TV and to incorporate a working touch screen into the front with access built in for charging and loading content.
