Created using a number of different techniques including modelling in plastiline and rigid foam, JSM recently brought to life The Gruffalo, along with Zog the Dragon and other characters from Julia Donaldsons beloved books.

JsM recently created some 9 ft tall transformer suits using a number of techniques which we then produced the final suits in a flexible resin system to give maximum strength to weight ratio. The suits are very large and as such we designed the suits to both accurately here capture bumblebee and yet still have a large range of motion for the operator.

The first of many over sized Awards for the 2017 Brit Awards. Our model making department Machined a rigid foam master model with the final piece produced in Fibreglass with a spray finish to give a robust display model suitable for interaction with the public.
