We recently built this Hotrod Racer Car for Disney`s Mickey Racers promotion. Working long and hard with our client to produce a model which accurately represented the animated original and extracting information from visuals and 3D maya files we first created a block master for our client to form check, from this we took both silicon and fibreglass moulds to produce the finished fibreglass body shell and engine components. Real tires were specified in the brief which we created using a pourable rubber compound over a fibreglass internal structure to give the look and feel of inflated rubber. Finally a 2K spray finish and multiple clear coats were applied for the final look.

The first of many over sized Awards for the 2017 Brit Awards. Our model making department Machined a rigid foam master model with the final piece produced in Fibreglass with a spray finish to give a robust display model suitable for interaction with the public.

We recently produced a large detailed model 3D globe for a DHL campaign on behalf of one of our clients. The globe rotates realistically and has an internal rig which enables the aircraft to rotate clockwise or counter clockwise around the centre of the globe. This is a long term installation which has been produced to rotate 24hrs a day for the next year or so. The surface detailing is 3 dimensional with an airbrushed finish giving a highly realistic look.

Produced as vacuum formings with a bubble effect on the inside, the Coke bottle models were then suspended inside ad cases with an interactive snow machine.
Static Robot models brought to life for EE. Created as a foam master model from a single 2D visual supplied by our client and translated into fully accurate 3D physical models by our studio. Each finished model is made up of over 100 components produced as vacuum formings, resin castings, fibreglass castings and laser cut detailing.
